As you step into the space, you'll find that Hemingway House offers three bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath, providing ample space for up to 8 guests. The comfortable sleeping arrangements include a king bed, queen bed, full bed, and a sleeper sofa, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. Linens are provided for your convenience.

The well-equipped kitchen features modern amenities such as a regular coffee maker, dishwasher, and a GE Cafe refrigerator with a built-in Keurig coffeemaker, allowing you to savor your favorite brews with ease. A starter pack of toiletry essentials and home essentials is provided, ensuring a seamless transition into your vacation home.

Located just off of the spacious living room, relax in the screen-covered lanai, where you can enjoy the gentle breeze and outdoor ambiance.

Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is registered as a vacation rental with the City of Sarasota with a Registration Number of VR22-00099. Due to City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property must be rented once during a seven (7) day period and have a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
