The Space:
This fantastic 3 bedroom apartment consists of 2 bathrooms (Master En-Suite) and a guest W/C, the kitchen, living and dining room are open plan providing lots of space. The kitchen comes fully equipped with integrated appliances such as a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, cookware and utensils. The apartment comes with full wooden flooring in the living areas, carpeting in the bedroom and marble tiling in all the bathrooms. The bathrooms all benefit from walk-in overhead showers. This apartment also comes with multiple storage cupboards and further benefits from integrated Air-Conditioning in the living spaces and bedrooms.

Guest Access:
We offer a personalised Meet and Greet Check-in service for all our guests. A member of our team will be on hand to welcome you, show you around the property, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you are comfortably settled in. This service is available from 3:00pm daily.

If your travel plans mean you will be arriving after 10:00pm, please note that we can still accommodate you as we can give you access to the key box positioned next to the entrance. This key box will grant you immediate access to the property, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in experience.

We request that you inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, so we can plan the best possible welcome for you. This also allows us to ensure your accommodation is perfectly prepared and ready for your arrival.

This apartments location is a 6 minute walk away from one of the best train stations. Baker Street Train Station, which has multiple train lines including the Metropolitan, Jubilee, Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith & City lines; making it perfect for those who want to get around London swiftly and effectively.

Deposit of £600.00 will be pre-authorised upon arrival. The deposit will be released by 3 business working days after check out.

Failure to complete these steps will render reservations non-refundable.
