- Living room - Comfortable furniture w/a fold-out sofa sleeper - Cozy, new Gas/Log Fireplace -Wall mounted art piece/Smart TV with streaming apps! Many popular board games provided!
- Dining area - Opens to living room and kitchen - Large table, perfect for great meals together & Game Nights!

- While the seasonal dams are in place from mid-June through the end of September, 2 single kayaks and 1 tandem kayak are available for your use!
- Dog Friendly - $90 Dog Fee per pup.
- Occupancy: 8 People Max / Day or Night - NO PARTIES / NO Large Gatherings
- Parking: Up to 3 vehicles, 1 in driveway and 2 on street in front of fence.
