Sliding door to huge deck! Surround sound system built into each room! There is also a wet bar with a Wine Fridge!
- Dining room - Large table w/ Endless ocean views! Great for gathering for meals & Game Nights! Watch for Dolphins & surfers!
- Large deck opening from living room overlooking bluff, beach and Ocean below!
- Bedroom 1- Primary Bedroom w/ very Comfy King Bed and Private bathroom w/soaking tub. Sliding glass doors to deck and amazing views of the ocean.
- Bedroom 2 - Comfortable Queen Bed/TV & opens to a small, enclosed patio at the front of house.
- Bathroom 2 - Tub/Shower combo

LOWER LEVEL:

- NO Large Gatherings. Outdoor quiet time from 9pm to 9am
